retreat projects

While retreating with friends in March I certainly didn’t prioritize accomplishing projects. I finished one Holland Pouch, one All the Things Tote and finished one more bag that I can’t wait to share more about when the pattern is released. I also worked on two quilts while I was there but I certainly didn’t finish as many projects as I have in the past years. But you know what? That was more than okay with me. I laughed until my insides hurt, got amazing new book recommendations, caught up with old friends, had a few deep and meaningful conversations that meant the world to me. Everytime I go I am constantly blown away by the talented women I was surrounded by. Time with them is invaluable. If you ever have the opportunity to create in community, snatch it up!! There truly is nothing like it.

Here are a few photos that I grabbed after I got home of the projects that I finished while I was there.

Holland Pouch, you can find the pattern here.

All the Things Tote, you can find the pattern here.

All of the other things I purchased while I was there came from Stitch Supply Co. my absolute favorite quilting shop! Seriously, Ann does the best job curating an amazing variety of fun and colorful quilting/bag making supplies. I could, and did, spend most of the day in her shop!
