rifle paper buffalo check quilt
I never did get to share my finished Rifle Paper Co Buffalo Check Quilt that I gifted our 8 year old last July. This Menagerie Fabric has been Luc’s favorite (and mine really!) since it was released and he has been asking me to make a quilt with it and I never got around to it until last summer. I was inspired by Holly of Maker Valley to make a buffalo check quilt. She has used many different Rifle Paper Co Fabrics for these quilts and they always turn out so cute! I was a little hesitant to use such cherished fabric at first but I am so glad that I did because I love how it turned out!! I backed it in Bespoke Double Gauze and used bamboo batting making it the squishiest, cuddliest quilt and Luc loves it!! Which is really all that matters, right?
