turning back-to-school germs into creative bliss: a weekend spent creating

Back-to-school germs may have paid us a visit, but they brought along an unexpected gift- a quiet weekend to finally cut up some fabric!! Embracing my inner quilting maniac, I cut up not, but two quilts. I almost went for a third, but I reeled it in- my stack of FQ’s is on standby, patiently waiting.

Amid the sniffles and crummy feelings the studio became my sanctuary for a few precious moments of creative me-time.
